- The balance of 50% will be paid lump sum upon completion of building without interest.
- The balance of the TCP will be paid in 24 equal monthly installments. Zero interest / No Down payment
- Monthly installments are covered by post dated checks.
- Maximum loan for Bank/Pag-ibig is 1,000,000 Php
- Remaining balance shall be the equity to be paid in 24 equal monthly installments with no interest (covered by post dated checks).
